calorie count
you dont have to be a rocket scientist to know you have to count calories while trying to gain maintain or lose weight. most foods in the store have labels on them the produce section of the grocery store doesnt however thats where "calorie counters" come in and most are cheap. hard gainers need to consumer at least 2000 calories a day i normally gain at 2000 calories a prime example and quick meal is this.
1 pack ramen noodle 380 calories
2 poptarts 400 calories
1, 2 liter soda 1080 calories
total 2140 calories.
