lyou should eat all day long munching then a few hig calorie meals you should eat between six to eight times daily. the heaviest meals should be close to bedtime. its kinda like a python when he catches a mouse it dissolves in the stomach slow and he barely moves and thats why they can eat one meal every couple of days and never lose weight if we apply the same psychology of the jungle we also can obtain the same weight gain and maintance required to become massive. if we eat heavy in the morning only that food is dissolved quickly and not only that, that one heavy meal may speed up the metabolism because once that fuel is burned it has to go to fat reserve but if we applyu that first heavy meal and one heavy meal before we sleep we store that fuel and slow the metabolim stay tuned for more tips

minerals help the body function in multiple ways. strong teeth and bones come from calcium then some regulate our metabolism if your metabolism is slow you gain mass if its fast you burn calories and lose mass and muscle. this is why i had you on a high calorie fat filled diet until it was time to cutt up. there are two types of minerals macro and micronutrients. remember the body needs a constant supply of minerals because they are excreted during bathroom time and sweating. here are a few macro potassium calcium sodum and phosphorus. micro nutrients include selenium iodine maganese copper zinc nickel and cobalt. we need both macro and micro to function properly if not the body wouold have a mental or physical disorder. that about raps it up for this article just stay tuned more to come.

fat is the richest source of energy and when its not used its in reserve mode. three examples of fat cooking oil lard and butter. there are forty different types of fatty acids . some are saturated mono unsaturated . more sources of fat but alot healthier than butter and lard are olive oil canola oil avocados peanuts and coconut oil. animal fats are really unhealthy and highly saturated. and this leads to clogged arteries and heart disease. however plant fats most anyway are unsaturated so stick with olive oil if you can afford it or canola oil skip butter buy margarine it has three times less saturated fat than butter. i never knew that i guess you learn somthing new every day take your time gaining mass and enjoy my blog peace.

protein is made up of amino acids and they are building blocks of the human body. theres different types of proteins. all proteins of nature have twenty different amino acids. each one looks different. the body can make nonessential amino acids but when it comes to essential ones the body needs an outside source through food. here are just a few foods to get the body to do its work. fish eggs milk legumes dry fruit and cereals and dry fruit and cereal are a suprise to me for a source of protein. once in the small intestine the protein is broke down by a enzyme called "pepsin" which is then absorbed in the intestinal wall so you see the importance of protein. without it the body would weither away well thats all for now see you at the next article.

theres three types of carbs each come in different sizes. disaccharids, polysaccharides and monosaccharides. monosaccharides are the smallest of the three and the main one absorbed by the intestine. its broken down so it can be used as fuel. its broke down in the small intestine by certain enzymes like amylase. then glucose fructose galactose three sugars are used. they travel to the liber where two outta of the three are turned into glucose why becase the molecule was broken down in the liver by the amylase yeast break down sugar and it creates alchol. after fructose and galactose are broken down and turned into glucose the body uses the glucose as fuel. well folks you learned a little science behind carbs next we'll learn a lil science behind protein.

vitamins are required for body functions. without vitamins it would cause disorder because of the deficency. there are thirteen known vitamins that are made up of two groups. water soluble is one while fat soluble is the other. examples of watere soluble vitamins are vitamin c and the be vitamins. even if you take to much of the water soluble ones theyll get excreted through the kidneys by urine. now the fat solubles are like vitamins a citamin d and vitamin k. however if you have to much of these it will cause hypervitaminosis a disorder in the body they wont get excreted through urine. lets give some descriptions of a few vitamins and why to choose these for hard gainers.
vitamin a is good for growth and reproduction of epithelial tissue you might have thought it was just good for eye sight.
vitamin b1 also known as thiamine is goo for metabolising carbs
vitamin b2 better known as riboflavin helps in metabolizing carb protein and fat. vitamin b3 niacin kinda does the same thing but helps in the synthesis of other chemicals.
vitamin b6 pyridoxine helps metabolize proteins in the blood stream ande activity of the nervous system.
vitamin b9 know as folic acid helps in the process to form new tissues for growth

energy drinks are stimulants needed for workouts and explosive energy most drinks contain caffiene. they are good on workout days where energy is low. most energy drinks have low calories thats the downside. but most energy drinks contain vitiman a vitamin c vitiman e and etc. they help the body to function better. there are two types of energy drinks fast acting and lon lasting. they act like simple and complex carbs. one shoots up quick energy and drops energy quick. the other spreads energy over time. i would try the later i reommend somthing like rockstar energy drink the name says it all and it taste good like soda. its also cheap a box of six is around six dollars from where i live.forget sports nutrition stores for products. you can go to a local grocery store and get the same quality dirt cheap.thats all for this article just keep browsing youll find somthing i like

the best way to gain weight while eating out is to use the nutrition information. i shop at mc donalds and buy off the dollar menu. ill give you some of the mass gainer foods from there nutrition chart i use . i buy double cheeseburgers for one dollar its nutrition chart show its caloric intake is four hundred forty calories normally i buy two. thats eight hundred eighty calories.dont forget the fries when trying to pack on mass quickly then cutt it up without supplements. get a large fry from mc donalds the caloric intake is five hundred we're already at nine hundred calories and thats from one meal if you repeat that and add a salad with grilled chicken to look like you have a little nutrition thats two hundred and sixty calories now theres a total from one meal if youre already at two hundred punds this meal equates to one thousand sixty calories and well folks thats the end of this article just mix high calorie foods and add some salads with your favorite dressings you cant go wrong

now that youre big as a bear and strong as an elephant we gotta tone up "cutt" . the rep ranges and cardio in this article is what im talking about. if youre a cheap skate like me all you need is a set of resistance bands and a good old fashion jump rope forget the gym when you wanna cutt up. oh i almost forgot your diet will have to change a little. basically alot of water and green tea and dropping the fat ratio and maintaing the carb ratio plus increasing the protein intake. i find the best rep range to use so your muscle doesnt shrink is 15-20 reps on every body part. but now instead of compound and heavy isolation exercises we reverse it only isolation exercises will be done well thats that check out my next article for more tips.

all of us at one time or another thought im just to small i can eat everything but i just cant gain weight or i need weight gainer to gain mass. maybe you even heard just lift heavy and the size will come. wrong you will pull a muscle and get hernia i got to many friends that have that problem i only caught a lower back problem but beat it with hyperextensions. some might even heard its heridity it just runs in the family the list goes on. the truth is i can take the hardest of the hard gainer and in two or three months they pack on 40 pounds whether its water weight fat protein gains or carb and fat gains i can change your body. but never belive you cant grow you just havent learned from the right people i was the same way muscle magizines multivitamin pack which you will need but not from sports supply shops go to your local super market or dollar store. i tried weight gainer it cost an arm and a leg to gain 5 pounds in one or two months. nasty tasting creatine powders i thought was key when all i need was the poor mans creatine table salt cheap sources like ramen noodles and process foods like hotdogs to hold in water weight well this is another ending but keep reading more articles to come. eat lift sleep be cheap its the key.

ill tell you you probably think im crazy to tell you to use butter for mass but if you are a hard gainer like i am youll try anything but drugs you think the fat cant be shaped up it not true just put a table spoon with each meal and eat butter popcorn to snack on. see my diets are not lean foods little people have to have a different approach go buy weight gainer but i didnt have much luck and i got lock jawed because i was alergic to somthing in it. ive been up to two pounds on my homemade diets but now since i know how to gain mass i dont care im down now to 180 lbs. and thats only because i like camping out and having time with nature. but ill get back to the topic . protein you got to have it plain and simple but meat can make you age a lil quicker because stores and companies have to put chemicals on it to preserve the meat. i find a cheap efficient method if you are on a buget like me is protein powder plus most taste real good. you dont have to go to a sports store and pay 50 bucks for protein powder because generic protein powder does the same. most contain more grams of protein than a can of fish or turkey how would you like to get 14 to 30 grams of protein every time you eat or drink. you can put protein powder on cereal and oatmeal maybe even grits if thats your thang. a quick shake thats mixed with fruit is a quick meal i prefer the chocolate shakes because if i had the vanilla kind i need fruit and make weight gainer to often well folks thats it for this article check out the next one real soon. the good old ramen noodle that puts on water weight every time but its full of sugar and salt. we all need carboydrates or we would be to moody if we didnt eat carboydrates the psychiatric centers would be full enough said you have simple carbs like fruit and complex carbs like beans. go to my next article you wont be disappointed.Click Here!
