isolation
isolation is the cousin of compound exercise.you use these exercises when you want to chisel your physique or cutt up. examples of isolation exercises are right here
chest = pullover flys incline and decline
shoulder = lateral raise front side and posterior
bicep = preacher curl spider curl
tricep = pushdown and kickback
stomach = crunch and twisted crunch
back= pulldown stiff arm on lat machine
thigh= leg extension and leg curl
calves= seated calf raise front raise for
traps= shrug
forearm= reverse wrist curl and wrist curl
