ill tell you you probably think im crazy to tell you to use butter for mass but if you are a hard gainer like i am youll try anything but drugs you think the fat cant be shaped up it not true just put a table spoon with each meal and eat butter popcorn to snack on. see my diets are not lean foods little people have to have a different approach go buy weight gainer but i didnt have much luck and i got lock jawed because i was alergic to somthing in it. ive been up to two pounds on my homemade diets but now since i know how to gain mass i dont care im down now to 180 lbs. and thats only because i like camping out and having time with nature. but ill get back to the topic . protein you got to have it plain and simple but meat can make you age a lil quicker because stores and companies have to put chemicals on it to preserve the meat. i find a cheap efficient method if you are on a buget like me is protein powder plus most taste real good. you dont have to go to a sports store and pay 50 bucks for protein powder because generic protein powder does the same. most contain more grams of protein than a can of fish or turkey how would you like to get 14 to 30 grams of protein every time you eat or drink. you can put protein powder on cereal and oatmeal maybe even grits if thats your thang. a quick shake thats mixed with fruit is a quick meal i prefer the chocolate shakes because if i had the vanilla kind i need fruit and make weight gainer to often well folks thats it for this article check out the next one real soon. the good old ramen noodle that puts on water weight every time but its full of sugar and salt. we all need carboydrates or we would be to moody if we didnt eat carboydrates the psychiatric centers would be full enough said you have simple carbs like fruit and complex carbs like beans. go to my next article you wont be disappointed.Click Here!
